We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages caused by the delivery or shipping companies unless you have purchased shipping protection. If you have, we need to see that the package hasnt't arrived within our tracking information period or a confirmation from the delivery company that it is lost or destroyed. We recommend purchasing this as the price of your order may be quite high.

Worry-Free Delivery is a package protection service, covering delivery delays, loss, and damage for peace of mind. Here’s how it works:

Delay: Domestic packages not delivered within 20 days of order fulfillment (the date the order is shipped by the merchant) are considered delayed. For international packages, delays are considered after 30 days from order fulfillment. Compensation for delayed packages is $5 AUD. (If the transaction was in another currency, compensation will match that currency, e.g., €5 for euros.)

Damage: Coverage applies to items that are unusable due to damage, such as fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), or crushed items. It does not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, dents), manufacturing issues, packaging errors, or unsealed items. Compensation for damaged items is up to the value of the item(s) purchased.

Loss: Domestic packages not delivered within 35 days from order fulfillment or international packages not delivered within 60 days are considered lost. Compensation for lost packages equals the value of the purchased item(s).
Note: Total compensation is capped at the value actually paid for the item(s).
