Does it work if there's no Wi-Fi at the location?
Yes. Choose the 4G model and it connects via mobile coverage — the same network your phone uses. No Wi-Fi needed, no internet router, nothing. Works in 5G areas too and is fully Starlink compatible.
What if there are several cloudy days in a row?
The built-in battery holds charge for 4+ days without any sun. The 7.5W solar panel tops it back up as soon as there's daylight. Most customers in overcast regions report no issues.
How hard is it to set up?
Most customers are up and running in under 5 minutes. Mount the camera, download the free app, follow the steps. No drilling, no cables, no tools. If you hit a snag, our Adelaide team is available 5 days a week.
Can my family see the cameras too?
Yes — unlimited family sharing is included at no extra cost. Add your partner, your kids, a neighbour — everyone gets the same live view and alerts.
Are there any ongoing fees?
No. There are no subscription fees, ever. Footage saves to the 64GB SD card included with each camera and syncs to your phone automatically. You own the camera and you own your footage.
How well does it handle heat and dust?

Can I speak to someone through the camera?
Yes. Two-way audio lets you speak directly through the camera from your phone. Talk to a visitor or tell an intruder they've been spotted. There's also a built-in alarm and flashing light that activates automatically.
