The Guardian on a farm gate post at golden hour, an unfamiliar ute coming up the dirt driveway

Sound familiar?

Unknown car at the gate? Now you just check.

A ute comes up the driveway and you've no idea who it is. Out here the gate's open, people turn up unannounced, and normal CCTV doesn't cut it. The Guardian runs on sun and 4G, and your phone buzzes the moment someone's at the gate.

Sentinel Cameras

Australian owned and operated, Adelaide SA. Real people here to help 7 days a week, for as long as you own the camera.

Normal CCTV wants three things your gate doesn't have.

No Wi‑Fi out there, no power point, and no budget for an installer to trench a cable down the drive. So the gate goes unwatched. The Guardian brings its own.

Normal CCTV needs

A power point at the gate

The Guardian

Charges itself from a 7.5W solar panel. Four‑plus days with no sun.

Normal CCTV needs

Wi‑Fi that reaches the gate

The Guardian

Runs on 4G with its own Telstra or Optus SIM. Starlink compatible too.

Normal CCTV needs

An installer, a trench and a cable

The Guardian

Two screws on the post. Up in ten minutes. No sparky needed.

Put one up and you'll notice

Three things, in the first week.

01

No Wi‑Fi doesn't matter one bit.

The 4G model talks to your phone over the same mobile network your phone uses. Mount it four k's from the house and it works like it's on the verandah.

A car comes up the drive, your phone buzzes, you zoom right in.

AI human detection means alerts for people, not wind or cattle. Open it, pan around, and zoom 16x on the driver.

03

You finally know who's on your place.

Every car, every visitor, saved to the SD card in the camera and synced to your phone. The whole family can watch too.

Identify the vehicle. Even at night.

Two lenses, 4K video and a 16x zoom. When the headlights stop at your gate at midnight, the spotlights come on and you see it in colour, not as a grey shape. Ask who it is through the speaker without leaving the house.

Straight answers.

There's no Wi‑Fi at my gate. Will it work?

Yes. Choose the 4G model and it connects over the mobile network on its own Telstra or Optus SIM, the same networks your phone uses. Check you get phone signal at the gate before you order. Starlink compatible too.

How far away can I see who it is?

You can make out a face or a number plate at about 20 metres with the 16x zoom, and see movement beyond 30. At night the spotlights give you full colour out to 15 metres.

What happens after a few cloudy days?

The battery runs four‑plus days with no sun, and the 7.5W panel tops it back up as soon as there's daylight.

Do I need an electrician?

No. Two screws and the bracket in the box, plus a USB‑C cable for the first charge. Most people are watching in ten minutes. If you get stuck, real people are here to help 7 days a week.

Are there any monthly fees?

None. Footage saves to the included 64GB SD card and syncs to your phone. Unlimited family sharing is free.

Can I talk to whoever's at the gate?

Yes. Two‑way audio lets you ask who it is from your phone, and the siren and strobe go off automatically or when you tap them.

Next unknown car at the gate? Just check.
